East Ham College of Technology - ONC (Building), HNC (Building), CIOB Final Examinations 1 & 2

I studied and gained an Ordinary National Certificate (ONC) and an Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Building.

Following successful completion of my ONC and HNC I successfully took the Chartered Institute of Building's (CIOB) Final Examinations Parts 1 and Part 2.

 

Polytechnic of the South Bank - BSc (CNAA) Surveying (QS Option)

Following successful completion of my ONC, HNC and CIOB Final Examinations Parts 1 and 2, I successfully completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Surveying (QS Option) at the Polytechnic of the South Bank, awarded by the Council of National Academic Awards (CNAA).

 

King's College, London (University of London) - MSc Construction Law and Arbitration

I undertook a Second Degree, a MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration, graduating in 2004. This has given me the sound legal foundation so vital in today's Construction market place.

College of Estate Management (University of Reading) - MBA Real Estate and Construction Management

I have successfully completed the four structured semesters of study (eight subjects) and ARM (two subjects) and the Dissertation (subject Marketing Research and the Real Estate and Construction Industries) required to fulfil and gain a MBA in Real Estate and Construction Management. My Dissertation received a Distinction as did both of my ARM Assignments, whilst my MBA grade was a (good) Merit. I formally graduated, at the University of Reading London Road Campus, on 05th July, 2013.

 

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - Post Graduate Diploma (Project Management)

I have now been awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

 

Chartered Institute of Arbitrators - Diploma in Construction Adjudication

Following successful completion of Modules 3 and 4, I have now been awarded a Diploma in Construction Adjudication by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

 

The Open University - BA (Honours) Language Studies with French and Spanish

On the 31st July, 2024, I was awarded, by the Open University, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Language Studies with French and Spanish, Upper Second Class Honours (2.1). This was achieved with an overall average mark of 71% for the entire course and with an average of 70% for the final four 60 unit modules.

 

My continued commitment to further education has added to, and expanded, my Professional Skills Set - Professional Skills that are vital and imperative for success in today's Construction and Real Estate Industries.
